FAQ'S and Policies


If I place an order, can it be delivered on the same day and what time?

Yes, we can accommodate same-day deliveries as long as the order is placed before 2PM local time. For Online Shopping, we need to wait until your payment is clear which usually takes 2 to 3 business day to process. There will be exceptions to this as deliveries are dependent on the route and the location, which varies daily. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. 

There are several delivery trips that go out throughout the day. Depending upon when the order comes in and the product request, we will send it out on the earliest possible delivery trip on your requested delivery date.  Drivers may only be in certain cities or neighborhoods at specific times of the day so timed delivery requests cannot be guaranteed. How do I know if my order has been delivered?

After our delivery complete, we will call you on the spot with a photo receipt and the person receiving the arrangement through your mobile phone. It's  as quick and simple as it gets. 

How much does it cost to have flowers delivered?

Marietta Florist and Gifts has a free delivery up to 15 miles radius with a minimum purchase require. It is $10.00 if deliver 10 miles and up and crossing bridge. In the event that the delivery address is a remote or rural location, additional fees may apply and we will contact you to let you know. If we receive an incorrect delivery address, we may charge an additional service fee to reroute the arrangement.

What type of payment do you accept?

In our retail shop we take all major credit cards with Apple Pay only. We only accept  debit, cash but no personal check.

Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for Saturday/Sunday Orders, Rush Orders, Custom Orders, Special Orders. Feel free to contact us if you have any special requests or would like a product or service that is not listed on our site and we will try to accommodate.

What can I do if I am not happy with the flowers that were delivered?

In the unlikely event this happens, be assured Marietta Florist and Gifts will do our best to make you happy.  We will  pick up and redeliver another arrangement if you notify us within 3 days of receiving the flowers. Since most of our products are perishable goods, we do not accept returns and we typically do not issue refunds as there is a 50% restocking fee. However, our caring  will ensure your satisfaction to the best of our ability. Before we deliver the arrangement, you will receive a actual picture of the design on your mobile phone for your pre approval.


Will the product look exactly like the picture?

Many of the products on our site are our own unique designs. We make all orders as close as possible to the picture. If a certain flower variety or container is not available because they are seasonal products, we will substitute with something similar. All orders are always filled to value and made as close as possible to the requested item. If there is any problem, we will contact you.

What is the cancellation policy?

If an order has not been filled and sent out, we can cancel with no questions asked and refund in full. On balloons orders, if the balloons are already blown up, we must charge a fee to cover the helium cost and balloon cost since they cannot be re-used.  If a product has already been delivered and you would like to cancel, a 50% restocking and pick up fee will be apply. 

What if I want something that isn't pictured?

We love to make unique gifts for our customers. If you have a specific product in mind and can’t find it online, just give us a call at 1-510-514-9657 or contact us. Often we will order fancy and special flowers, plants, balloons, vases, etc. to meet the needs and requests of our customers. We’ve done everything from centerpieces made out of Chocolate and candy to custom mason jar for weddings. Please call us for a personal consultation with any requests!

What happens if no one is home?

Some deliveries may be left at the door or on the porch if it is safe (weather permitting). In all cases, the goal is to ensure that the recipient gets their gift in a timely manner. The last resort is to tag the recipient's door and bring the package back to the shop. When the recipient calls, we will redeliver the fresh package.
