HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Once MariettaFloral takes your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking ID. Then from our site you will be able to track the details of your order.
With a MariettaFloral account, you can also track your order in Order History by clicking on the “Track Order” button next to it, also you can view you user profile.
If your order was placed under a guest account, you will receive an email confirmation about your order with your tracking ID. Simply enter the ID code and check the status.
If your tracking page shows PENDING or "Tracking not Found" with no delivery date, Please contact us at 1(510) 514-9657.
DO YOU DELIVER TO FUNERAL HOMES?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you must first check with the funeral home.
We understand the sensitivity of these occasions and want to ensure a seamless delivery of your sympathy arrangement. If you say for example, “memorial service at 11:00 AM,” we’ll make a special effort to deliver the arrangement the day before or early in the morning.
DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITALS?
We will deliver to the receptionist, if available. They will try to contact the recipient at delivery. We cannot guarantee they will be delivered directly to patients or staff.
We recommend sending to a loved one that can hand deliver your Flowers or Balloons to the recipient.
No orders can be delivered to patients or staff in the ICU.
Please check with the hospital for their delivery protocol before ordering.
WHY ARE SOME DATES NOT CLICKABLE?
You may see certain dates that cannot be selected or is unavailable. This indicates the date is fully booked with deliveries.
CAN YOU DELIVER AT A SPECIFIC TIME?
We can't guarantee it, but we'll do our best! Just add a note in the Special Instructions section. For example, say "deliver before 2:00 PM, she leaves work then." That way the driver will know to make it a priority.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO A GATED COMMUNITY, SECURE OR MILITARY BASE?
Of course we can… with a little anticipation! Be sure to give us a daytime phone number for the person receiving the flowers. Two phone numbers are twice as nice! And put a note in the Special Instructions section of the order to let us know it’s a secure area or building. Some facilities will allow delivery to a gate guard or main office, so let us know if that’s an option.
WHAT TIME WILL MY FLOWERS ARRIVE?
We will try our best to deliver your flowers same day.
Our latest delivery time is until 8:00 pm.
We cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival, sometimes we out of our route, traffics conditions, traffics accident, etc. beyond of our control.
If we cannot make it, we will notify you to re deliver the next day.
WHAT DO YOU DO IF THERE’S NO ONE HOME WHEN YOU DELIVER?
It depends on what YOU prefer! Usually the florists instruct delivery drivers to bring the flowers back to the shop for safekeeping. If you prefer that we leave your gift with a neighbor, in the Special Instructions section of the order type “If no one’s at home, leave it with a neighbor.” In either case, the recipient will be notified with a message on the door or a voice mail from the florist.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay for payment.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to process international credit cards. In lieu of using an international card, you may use Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay to complete your purchase for standard orders. These are accepted on all orders.
DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?
Currently, we do not accept orders via email or phone unless you already have an established MariettaFloral Account.
We do not take any payment information over the phone, via email or chat for your protection.

WILL I BE CHARGED A SALES TAX?
Orders placed for any local delivery will incur a sales tax at checkout.
We are not able to apply tax exemptions to orders.

PLACING AN ORDER
CAN I COMBINE MORE THAN ONE DELIVERY NAME AND ADDRESS INTO ONE ORDER?
Sure! When you place your order online, you are given space to add the recipient’s name, address and phone number, along with the message to go on the card. For each item you place in the shopping cart, you will be presented with a new blank recipient information space.
CAN I COMBINE MORE THAN ONE ITEM INTO ONE ORDER?
Of Course! When you place your order online, you can add multiple items to your shopping cart. After you put an item in the shopping cart, look for the link that says “KEEP SHOPPING.” It appears in the bottom left corner of the page.
HOW CAN I SPECIFY AN SPECIFIC TIME IF I ORDER ONLINE?
We’ll try our best! If you need the flowers delivered before 1:00 pm, you need to call us at 1(510) 514-9657. An additional $10 fee will apply on top of your delivery fee.

WHO SENT MY FLOWERS?
We always want the arrival of our flowers to delight recipients. At times, they might arrive without a note or signature from the sender, which can understandably beg some questions.
If you’ve received a bouquet anonymously, you may contact us at 1(510) 514-9657 to look into the order. In cases where the sender intended for a note to be included, we’ll be happy to pass the message along. If the sender did not include a note with their order, we must adhere to our privacy policy and therefore, will not be able to relay any information about the sender.

WHEN WILL YOU HAVE PEONIES?
We wish we could offer these highly coveted beauties all year round, but unfortunately, peonies are very seasonal flowers so due to their high demand and seasonality, we only have peonies for a short time.
A great alternative to peonies are garden roses which can be found on our website.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WREATHS?
Our wreaths are long-lasting and make bringing the outdoors in, easy. Alternately, you can hang them outside on your front door to greet visitors.
Life Expectancy
They are expected to last up to a month depending on how susceptible they are to drying out in the given environment.
Amazingly, these wreaths will look beautiful even when drying. Of course, they will look different in this phase than in their newly arrived and fresh phase. We think both stages are worth enjoying.

BALLOON DELIVERY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Yes, we are still delivering balloons in many cities around the country. Enter a ZIP code and date to see where service is currently offered.
If we can't make a delivery due to changing laws or facility restrictions, we will let you know and give you the option to reschedule, change delivery address.
NON-CONTACT DELIVERIES
We will be scheduling non-contact deliveries whenever possible. For all deliveries, we will contact the recipient or a contact at the delivery destination to confirm the delivery details before preparing the order.
We will notify you in the event that we are unable to make contact with someone at the delivery destination or if the receiving facility is unable to accept balloons.
Someone must be available at the delivery location to receive the balloons at the time we deliver. If the balloons need to be delivered outside, we will confirm that someone will be available to bring the balloons indoors.
NOTE ABOUT PRODUCT AND SERVICE COMPLAINTS:
We will take prompt action to address service issues that are reported no later than 1 days after delivery. After this deadline no replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued. In order for us to provide a replacement or credit, we require that a photograph of balloons reported as defective be emailed to

ANONYMOUS DELIVERIES
We are unable to provide anonymous delivery service. In cases where a signature is not provided on the greeting card which accompanies an order, we will reveal the name of the sender to the recipient if requested.
1. RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES
Because special procedures are required for residential deliveries, we are unable to provide surprise delivery service. Our balloons must be accepted by someone at the residence, in person. Balloons cannot be dropped off and left unattended, even if such a request is submitted with the order.
DOORMAN BUILDINGS
Marietta Florist may call the recipient to confirm that the doorman is capable of accepting and storing a large package.
HOMES AND NON-DOORMAN BUILDINGS
We will call the residence and arrange a delivery time when someone is able to be at the residence to accept the order. For most orders, this call will be made by late morning on the delivery date or the day prior to delivery (with same-day orders, the call may be made later in the afternoon on the delivery date). If we are unable to reach someone by phone, we will leave a call-back number. We will not proceed until contact is made. The delivery arrival time will be contingent on when the recipient returns our call, and may be later than the order's posted deadline. If it becomes apparent that we will not be able to complete a delivery on the scheduled delivery date because we were not successful in coordinating a delivery time, the customer will be contacted and may elect to cancel the order without a cancellation fee, or to reschedule the delivery for the following day without an additional charge.
Whether or not the order is actually delivered during the selected time frame depends on the delivery time which is arranged during our telephone conversation with someone at the residence. The delivery time which is established during this call takes priority over the time frame posted on the order.
IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT THE ORDER
If the aforementioned procedures have been used and no one is available to accept a delivery when we arrive, the order will be returned to the branch office handling the order and the sender will be notified. In such cases an additional delivery charge will apply to complete the delivery. Undeliverable orders will not be refunded.
ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOL DELIVERIES TO STUDENTS -- WE NEED PERMISSION
We welcome school deliveries if the school permits balloons to be delivered. Schools that permit balloon deliveries require that the balloons be held at the front office . Delivering to students in class is not permitted. Before placing your order, please contact the school and ensure that the order will be accepted by the front office. It is also important to confirm that the office will accept responsibility for advising the student that balloons are waiting for them at the front office.
Some schools permit the delivery of only mylar balloons, due to latex allergies. Please check to see if this restriction is applicable before placing your order, and make your selection accordingly. We offer many mylar balloon arrangements for all occasions.
ON-CAMPUS COLLEGE DELIVERIES TO STUDENTS
We welcome on-campus deliveries to college students, however, delivering to students in class is not permitted. Balloon deliveries are usually made to a central mail room, however, deliveries to dormitories can be made if the dormitory is open to the public and a receptionist can accept the order on the student's behalf. Please contact the school to learn which location is best in your case. Provide us with as many delivery details as possible, including a cell number that will allow us to alert the student once we have completed the delivery. While we will attempt to contact the student, getting through can be a problem and is not a guaranteed part of our service. The sender is responsible for contacting the mail room staff and ensuring they contact the student. Balloon Planet accepts no liability if the student does not pick up the order from the mail room.
HOTEL DELIVERIES (Balloon Bouquet Delivery)
For security reasons we are unable to deliver balloons directly to the room of a guest. All hotel deliveries for guests are left with the concierge, the front desk, bell desk, or the loading dock, depending on the hotel's policy. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the Marietta Florist and Gifts considers the delivery successfully completed. Because several hotel staff members can get involved in transferring the balloons from one part of the hotel to another, we accept no responsibility for balloons damaged or misplaced during such transits
. Customers should anticipate that the balloons may become tangled during this transit and be prepared to remove the balloons from their weight, untangle the ribbons, remove damaged balloons, arrange the remaining balloons, then re-attach the ribbons to the weight.
Some customer in the event may requiere us Marietta Florist and Gifts to decorate their room upon arrival with balloons, rose petals and candles, you must have and authorization letter from the hotel and E-Mail it to us at
hello@mariettafloral.com to accommodate or arrange us for such works, a additional FEES will be charge for the work time.
The aforementioned policy DOES NOT apply to balloons being deliver for large special events. Please call 1-(510) 514-9657 for details.
DELIVERIES TO SECURE FACILITIES
There are many corporate, research, and military facilities with restricted access, where we must leave the balloons with a receptionist, mail clerk, or security staff. Please provide a work or cell number for the recipient that will allow us to advise them that a delivery is waiting for pick-up. If we are unable to make phone contact with the recipient, we will leave the balloons with the proper authorities. Please place your order with the understanding that once we have made the delivery to the required location in a restricted facility, completion of the delivery is the responsibility of the party accepting the order.
HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
Hospital policies vary and it may not be possible for our staff to make a delivery directly to the room of the patient. Many hospitals require that the balloons be dropped off at a security station, from which the balloons are delivered to the patient by the hospital staff. The staff may need to delay the delivery to the patient for any number of reasons. Please feel free to us at 1(510) 5614-9657 if you have a concern about the status of your order.
PATIENT AVAILABILITY
Marietta Florist and Gifts procedure is to contact the hospital prior to delivery and confirm that the recipient is still admitted and permitted to receive balloons. Customers will be contacted if the order cannot be delivered.
If we are cleared by the hospital to proceed with the delivery, but the patient is subsequently discharged prior to our arrival, two options become available — 1) The order can be delivered to another local address for an additional delivery charge, or 2) The order cannot be delivered and must be canceled. In this case, no refund will be issued.
HOSPITAL RESTRICTIONS
Latex balloons are banned from all hospitals due to latex allergy issues. Mylar (foil) balloons are usually acceptable. However, in some cases a particular patient may not be able to receive balloons of any type. Customers should contact the hospital for approval before sending balloons to a patient.

BALLOON SUBSTITUTION POLICY
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Marietta Florist and Gifts strives to use the same balloon designs that are illustrated on the site, but there may be exceptions. Below are the substitution guidelines used by Marietta Florist & Gifts vendors.
Marietta Florist & Gifts will not substitute the following balloons unless exceptions are noted below.
1) Large mylar shaped balloons — licensed characters.
Exceptions: We may substitute with an alternate design of the same liensed character.
2) Mylar balloons of 18in - 20in size.
Exceptions: Designs of the same theme may be subsituted if (Design may vary) is part of the product description.
3) Megaloon Numbers.
No exceptions.
5) Non-licensed Bubble Balloons.
No exceptions.
6) Licensed Bubble Balloons.
Exceptions: We may use substitute with designs of the same message or theme.
7) Specifically selected latex balloon colors and sizes.
No exceptions.
8) Specifically selected plain mylar balloon colors and shapes (Stars, Hearts).
No exceptions.
9) Custom Words large LATEX balloon shapes.
No exceptions.
10) Custom Words 18in balloons.
Exceptions: Custom name/age 18in mylar balloon designs may vary.
11) Latex specialty shapes (Blossoms, Donuts, Pacifiers, Lifsavers, Airships, Twisty Collars).
No exceptions.
12) Latex specialty prints (Animals, Agates, etc)
Exceptions: Agate patterns will vary, but colors will not be substituted.
13) Latex Airspray and Birthday prints.
Exceptions: The graphics on these balloons may vary.
In cases where we must deviate from these guidelines we will contact you for approval. If we are unable to reach you we will proceed with the delivery using the best substitution available. In such cases, if you are not fully satisfied with the product we deliver, an appropriate refund will be issued.

BALLOON FLOAT TIME
BALLOONS — WE WISH THEY WOULD LAST FOREVER
Marietta Florist & Gifts uses the highest grade balloons manufactured, however, even the world's best balloons are fragile products with a relatively short life span. When ordering or sending balloons, expect to enjoy them for 2 days if used indoors, and less than a full day if used outdoors. Under ideal conditions, balloons can float much longer, but our guarantee is limited to 2 days. More details follow.
FLOAT TIMES
Cold air, hot air, high humidity, changing barometric pressure, high altitudes, and moving air from fans and vents will reduce balloon float times. The float times posted on our site are the maximum to be expected. Changing conditions mean that on some occasions balloons may float for only one day, and on other occasions the same balloons may float for many days.
The following standard float times apply to balloon-friendly indoor environments.
FLOAT TIMES FOR MYLAR BALLOONS
In optimum environments, mylar (foil) balloons will remain full and taught for 2 days. Air-conditioned air may cause these balloons to shrivel, but they will return to a normal state when exposed to warmer air.
HI-FLOAT™ TREATMENT
Hi-Float is a non-toxic sealant used inside of the balloon. It is effective only when used indoors, out of direct sunlight, and when not exposed to breezes created by fans, open windows, or air-conditioning. In ideal conditions Hi-Float will extend float times as follows:
11-inch latex: 2 Days
16-inch latex: 2 Days
Float time may be reduced significantly in unusually warm, unusually cool, or very humid environments, and at elevations above 2,500 feet.
GLOSSY VS MATTE FINISH
When latex balloons are first inflated, they will have a glossy surface. Some designs will be both glossy and translucent. This can be a temporary state. By the time they are delivered, or shortly thereafter, this glossy finish may have turned to a matte finish, and the translucent quality may become opaque. These changes are the result of oxidation, which occurs with certain meteorological conditions. This is normal, and there is no practical treatment that can prevent this transformation.
DEFECTIVE BALLOONS
In cases where balloons appear defective, Marietta Florist & Gifts will replace the balloons at no cost if the following conditions are met:
- Customer advises Marietta Florist & Gifts of the problem within 3 days of delivery.
- The defective balloons are on site and available for pick-up when the replacement balloons arrive.
- The balloons were not transported from their original delivery location.
EFFECTS OF ELEVATION, SUNLIGHT, AIR CONDITIONING, AND WIND
Float times will be reduced at higher elevations. The float time in Denver is half the float time in San Francisco.
On hot days, in direct sunlight, balloons may pop within an hour. The same result can occur indoors if balloons are exposed to direct sunlight through windows.
Very cool environments may cause helium molecules to shrink, reducing the size and float time of balloons.
A constant breeze passing around a balloon will increase the speed at which helium molecules escape through the wall of the balloon, resulting in reduced float time. Keep balloons away from any type of breeze for maximum float time.
CEILING PRECAUTIONS
Static and invisible fibers on ceilings can cause balloons to pop. Allow your balloons to remain tied to an anchor for at least five hours before releasing them to the ceiling. This allows the balloons to shrink enough so that the skin becomes thicker and tougher. After five hours, take 2-3 balloons and rake them across the ceiling. If these do not pop, it should be safe to release additional balloons. If they do pop, allow additional time and run the test again.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Do not breathe helium from a balloon. Helium is not toxic nor flammable, but breathing it can result in asphyxiation (loss of consciousness due to insufficient oxygen).
- Do not release mylar (foil) balloons outdoors. Power failures can result if these balloons become entangled in electric lines.
- Popped latex balloons present a choking hazard for small children. Do not leave small children unaccompanied with latex balloons.
BALLOON SHAPES
Our rubber latex balloons will inflate to a tear-drop shape or a light-bulb shape, determined by the balloon's composition. Some orders will include both shapes. The colors most likely to have a light-bulb shape are those with Metallic, Chrome, and Pearl finishes.
RIBBONS
Our helium-filled balloons are each tied with an 8ft ribbon tether which becomes 7ft long once it has been tied to the balloon. The ribbon is 3/16in wide. The degree of curl in the ribbon may vary between orders. Ribbon colors are matched as closely as possible to the balloon colors, but we do not guarantee exact matches. Ribbons may be matte or glossy, depending on inventory available from our local vendors.
EXTENDED RIBBON LENGTHS
We offer 12ft ribbon tethers (3/16in wide) for an additional charge. Please contact us for pricing.

BALLOONS CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
All Balloons, after you place an order and we already filled with helium gas, there is no refund or cancellations, you can exchange to the same value of your order.
Balloons after filled with helium gas will be deforms and we cannot re use them.
Please make sure you agree with this terms before you placing your orders on our system.

MINIMUM BALLOON ORDERS REQUIRED
Minimum Order Information
When ordering balloons to be helium-filled and delivered, the minimum value in balloons must equal or exceed $44.95 USD. This does not include gift items such as plush (Teddy Bear) and chocolates, the delivery charge, or sales tax will be added.
Most delivery charges range from $10 to $30 but may be higher for outlying areas. To see the delivery charge for a particular zip code, add any item to your shopping cart and it will appear as a line item in the summary of charges. The delivery charge will remain the same regardless of how many items are added to your shopping cart.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Below are descriptions of delivery options. All availalbe options will appear in a menu within your shopping cart.
- Standard Delivery Service
With Standard Delivery Service, you will be presented with one or more of the following timing options.
The delivery will arrive during this time frame if the order is destined to a business, hospital, hotel, banquet hall, or school. Please refer to POLICY AND PROCEDURE FAQ'S for exceptions.
The delivery charge for Standard Delivery Service will vary between cities.
The delivery charge will appear when an item is added to your shopping cart, allowing you to see the grand total before proceeding with the order. The delivery charge will not increase as more balloons are added to your cart.
To qualify for delivery service, your order must include a minimum order of $44.95 worth of balloons/weights (gift items, delivery charge, and tax are not included in this minimum).
Same-day service is available in limited cities and must be ordered online, not by phone.
Same-day orders will be delivered by 4pm if submitted by 11am local time. If the order is submitted after 11am local time, it will be delivered by 8pm. The exception to these times is a delivery to a residential location that is not a doorman building. The actual delivery time to residential addresses without doorman service, Marietta Florist & Gifts will be contact to the recipient.
- Special Delivery Service — When Timing is Critical
When a tighter delivery time frame is desired, Special Delivery Service is available in some cities when the order is submitted at least 2 days in advance of delivery.
If Special Delivery Times are available, the options will appear on your shopping cart page in the delivery time menu, and thus may be selected online. If the desired time does not appear, please call for assistance.
